The “RTM-Ukraine” company is created at the beginning of 2001. By the end of this year its first large-scale project started - advertizing on railway transport with a covering of all stations and trains of Ukraine. May 2016. "RTM-Ukraine" has win a contract of "Kyiv" Igor Sikorsky International Airport (Zhuliany) and has confirmed a right to present Airport as it's uniqe partner at the advertising market. "RTM-Ukraine" offers all kind of Outdoor advertising, BTL, Ambient and Events in "Kyiv" International Airport.

January 2016. “RTM-Ukraine” has stopped to use ad overhead banners (5x1 m) in Kyiv and has removed all its own ad faces in the Ukrainian capital until 01 February 2016. Successful advertising project that last for 12 years had come to the end. We made a decision in order to make OOh advertising in Kyiv more ordered, so it is obvious that the quantity of it should be cut and European rules should be provided.

November-December 2015. Works on  comprehensive development were completed in Kharkiv: there were installed 3 transit shelters on Moscowsky Avenue, 5 transit shelters in. Klochkovska str., 12 city information panels of format 3x6 m. and 22 LED illuminations in the shape of a star along Moskovsky Avenue.

October 2015. A pilot project of improvement of streets in Bila Tserkva was implemented: 2 transit shelters (with automatic recharge and free Wi-Fi spot), poster stand, and architectural lighting of the colonnade and steps at an entrance to the Park in Levanevskogo str.

18.06.2015 "RTM-Ukraine" launched its Internet direction as part of Group of Companies. "RTM-Ukraine" is the first among OOH operators invested in the creation of new business areas. "RTM digital" offers a full Suite of planning tools for campaigns on the Internet: individual and package sales of display advertising (banner and video), behavioral targeting, non-standard advertising,cross-media projects.

At the end of 2014 the next stage of complex improvement of Vinnytsia central streets with transit shelters was completed. Unique illumination was established over the walkway of Pirogov Street. It consists of 10 figures in the form of birds and people. The illumination was made on the basis of energy saving technologies. That's why its watt consumption is identical with watt consumption of 2 lanterns.

Throughout the year 2014 the company actively supported Ukrainian Army, transferring funds to the open accounts for that purpose, providing its advertising carriers for socially significant messages on behalf of Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteers.

May 2014. Our advertizing platform in the International airport "KIEV" (Zhulyany) celebrates the 90th anniversary from the date of opening. "RTM-Ukraine" celebrates the 2nd anniversary of the successful advertizing project in new terminals of the Airport

February 2014. "RTM-Ukraine" reports about staff changes. Alla Pavlova who was the head of Sales Department is appointed the Commercial Director. Tatyana Solomenko, the head of Media Planning and Buying Department, headed the Sales Department which has united Sales Department, Media Planning and Buying Department and Advertizing Sales on Transport Department

August-November 2013. One of the main streets of Vinnytsia, Kotsyubinsky Avenue is decorated with modern LED illumination which the Austrian company "MKILLIMINATION" made on order of "RTM-Ukraine". New lighting is a part of the project of complex city streets improvement with new advertizing carriers of city format (city-lights, scrolling billboards, transit shelters). The project goes on in other streets of Vinnytsia in 2014

May 2013. The national OOH operator "RTM-Ukraine" and the leading operator of Lugansk “Green Media” began buying and sale of outdoor advertizing in Lugansk on the basis of specialized software of "RTM-Ukraine". It is a new stage in creation of Sales Houses in the market of outdoor advertizing. Legalization of “Green Media”'s network in bases of Doors Consulting opens new prospects for clients to work in common industry standards

September 2012. “RTM-Ukraine” and the operator of Indoor Digital in the Terminal "B" of Airport Boryspil "Medium of TV" agreed about formation of a consolidated Indoor Video package at two capital airports

May 2012. The advertizing project is realized in the new terminal "A" of the International airport "KIEV" (Zhulyany). "RTM-Ukraine" became the winner of the tender for being an exclusive advertizing operator in the new airport complex. According to the contract "RTM-Ukraine" installed 90 advertizing carriers of different formats and indoor-advertizing complex with 24 modern LED-screens

March 2012. "RTM-Ukraine" became the winner of tender for placement of improvement elements in Kharkov. According to the decision of the Municipal Executive Committee the company installed transit shelters in 10 streets and city highways
